BILCO’s Type PV Precast Vault Door is a floor access door designed for easy installation in precast vaults. It’s manufactured with skirts to match any slab thickness and features aluminum construction, gas spring lift assistance, and stainless steel hardware.

Doors are available in standard sizes, and special sizes can be specified to meet unique access requirements. The doors are reinforced for 300 PSF live load and H-20 wheel-loading. They come with a 25-year warranty.
