NanaWall has introduced two glass folding door solutions with high sound ratings—NW Acoustical 545 and NW Acoustical 645 (pictured). NW Acoustical 545 achieves sound control up to a unit STC rating of 41 thanks to its specialized gasketing and sound-enhanced glass. Available in standard or specialized wood species, the doors are made from solid, sustainably harvested wood that’s pre-treated with an eco-friendly, water-based sealer for longevity.

NW Acoustical 645 is an aluminum framed option that achieves sound control up to STC 45, combining acoustically separated aluminum framing and specialized gasketing with sound-enhanced glass while allowing maximum transparency. Both models feature FourFold or SixFold panel sets for larger openings, as well as ADA-compliant flush sill options with an aluminum floor track insert that provides high-heel protection. Swing panels up to 3 feet, 3 inches can be added to accommodate traffic flow and are tested to over 500,000 cycles, with optional higher kickplates for ADA compliance.
