FS 2.0 is an NFPA 275-certified thermal barrier closed-cell spray foam insulation that meets the International Building Code upon application without the need for an additional thermal barrier. As soon as it’s cured, FS 2.0 meets the IBC code requirements.
It can be left exposed immediately after installation without fire risk, eliminating time and costs to install gypsum board or other fire-protective products, such as intumescent coatings. It’s applied with conventional spray foam equipment currently used throughout the industry today.
