KFI Studios has launched Canopy, a freestanding workstation developed in collaboration with Gensler. It organizes open-plan environments into thoughtfully defined personal spaces, providing flexibility and privacy in a modern form that elevates the look of commercial interiors.

Canopy features a distinctive upholstered privacy hood and has integrated lighting, allowing it to create a dedicated zone for concentration that softens noise, buffers distractions, and provides a sense of comfort and enclosure without isolation. It’s ideal for modern offices, coworking spaces, and education environments where unassigned seating and hybrid schedules require furnishings that adapt quickly. Options include a height-adjustable work surface, occupancy sensors that shut off the integrated lighting, power ports (including USBs), and a choice of upholstery options for the privacy hood and upholstery, laminates, or FSC-certified red oak veneer for the lower surround.
