Trane’s Precedent rooftop unit portfolio has been updated. These light commercial packaged rooftop units now ship with low-GWP R-454B refrigerant to help small commercial offices, restaurants, schools, warehouses, and government buildings operate more sustainably. Units come in a range of capacities from three to 25 tons with efficiency ratings including standard, high, and ultra-high eFlex.
Choose from heating types including gas/electric, electric/electric, heat pump, and hybrid dual fuel. The units ensure enhanced system performance, connectivity, and serviceability via the onboard Symbio 700 unit controller, featuring an onboard interface and app for start-up and servicing.
