GENERAL HVAC Solutions America, Inc., formerly Fujitsu General America, has introduced the single-zone AIRSTAGE Centauri XLTH to its H-Series R-32 heat pump line. The Centauri XLTH outdoor units are available in capacities between 30,000 and 48,000 Btu/h and are compatible with existing Ceiling-Suspended, Multi-Position Air Handler, Mid-Static Ducted, and Large Cassette indoor units.

Centauri XLTH models are designed for cold-climate applications and have a factory-installed base pan heater; they can provide low-ambient heating operation down to -15 degrees F. Cooling is provided at outdoor temperatures between -5 to 122 degrees F. The units offer performance up to 13.7 EER2, 4.2 COP2, 23 SEER2, and 11 HSPF2. All system combinations in this family are ENERGY STAR, ENERGY STAR Cold Climate, and Most Efficient (ESME) certified. Centauri XLTH uses R-32 refrigerant.
