The newest addition to Greenheck’s line of indoor ventilators, Model IV delivers 100% outdoor air and is designed for indoor installation in limited spaces, such as mechanical rooms, attics, or basements.

Model IV, without energy recovery, joins Model IVE, which features a compact total enthalpy wheel that transfers both heat and moisture with up to 85% total effectiveness. Both have hot water and chilled water coils, as well as electric post-heat up to 45 kW. Model IV is ideal for retrofits, IAQ improvement projects, VHE stretch code initiatives, and other applications where outdoor air is required or a rooftop unit is impractical or difficult.
