The portable standalone units do not require integration into HVAC systems; they simply plug into 120 volts of alternative current (VAC)/220VAC outlets, much like an appliance, for easy implementation. The units create DHP from the natural oxygen and humidity in the air with a UL 2998-validated solution that eliminates ozone emissions.
