Traditional comparison tools and trending reports only use one static way of analyzing energy and do not take into consideration variables that are unique to multifamily buildings. Using as many as 30 variables per property, AUMScore allows property owners to compare a property’s energy efficiency to other properties in a portfolio or in a given region.
AUMScore benchmarks energy in real time and uses a 12-month rolling total of energy and water usage to assure the most current data is utilized and smoothed out seasonally.
