Airboxlab’s Foobot IAQ monitor allows FMs to monitor VOCs, PM2.5s, carbon dioxide, temperature, and humidity in multifamily units. Readings are logged in 5-minute intervals that give users detailed data about hourly and seasonal trends, as well as the effects of any sizable building improvements.
Pairing it with a thermostat triggers the building’s ventilation to run when it detects pollution levels over the healthy limit.
