The Drift Solar Snow Fence snow retention system is designed specifically for snow retention below solar panel installations on shingle roofs. The 12-inch-tall, 4-pipe aluminum system ensures no snow slips past the snow fence, serving as a catch basin for snow.
Suitable for both new roofs and retrofit applications, the brackets must be bolted down to the roof support structure with a minimum of 12 inches between the bottom of the solar panel and the snow fence tubes. Install it with five lag bolts (not included) and individually sold Ice Screens to impede the movement of snow between the tubing. Choose from Mill Finish Aluminum or Coated Aluminum.
