The COI AI Agent, which is designed to fully automate Certificate of Insurance (COI) management and compliance, automatically extracts insurance requirements from contracts and leases and checks incoming COIs for exact compliance. No manual review, guesswork, or time-consuming back and forth is needed.
The agent also automatically contacts vendors and tenants, requests and collects COIs, and manages all follow-up. It can escalate to the property team when needed to ensure timeliness and efficiency. Risk exposure is instantly identified, and teams are alerted before issues escalate.
