TrafFix Devices Launches Sustainable Enviro-Cone

This fully recyclable traffic cone is made from rubber and low-density polyethylene.

TrafFix Devices introduces the Enviro-Cone, a sustainable and recyclable solution to traditional PVC traffic cones. The low-density polyethylene (LDPE) cone stem provides performance in hot and cold temperatures, 100% UV resistance and color retention, and impact durability that outperforms traditional PVC cones.

Even in extreme conditions, the Enviro-Cone resists shattering in low temperatures and remains upright and vertical in high heat. Its wide-body profile and large surface area improves target value for approaching drivers compared to slim-line designs. Roughly 80% of its weight is concentrated in the recyclable rubber base, giving it a low center of gravity for improved stability in windy conditions. Enviro-Cone is 80% recycled by weight and fully recyclable at the end of its service life.
