Quintain (UK) announced that it has been awarded a Platinum certification from globally recognized accreditation scheme, WiredScore, for all its completed Build to Rent (BtR) assets in Wembley Park, the BtR specialist’s flagship neighborhood in north-west London.
With over 3,250 homes for rent at Wembley Park through award-winning operator Quintain Living, the Platinum certified BtR portfolio demonstrates Quintain’s commitment to providing world-class digital connectivity for its residents, the company stated.
According to a press release, a Platinum certification has also been awarded to Quintain's "The Hive" office building on London's Wembley Park Boulevard. The certification demonstrates best-in-class connectivity for occupiers including CASIO and Network Homes.

Following success in the U.S., the WiredScore certification launched in the UK in 2015 after winning the Greater London Authority’s tender to be the official Mayor of London digital connectivity rating scheme.
Meanwhile, WiredScore recently launched its global digital connectivity rating system, WiredScore Home, to better inform residents about the level of connectivity they can expect in their homes.

Quintain’s next Build to Rent project at Wembley Park, Repton Gardens, is due to launch in December, and is on track to be the next operational development at the site to achieve a Platinum certification.
