• S4 Lights has introduced NxG, an innovative design that extends the life and enhances the performance of commercial-grade decorative light strings. Most light strings feature a semi-manually manufactured molded husk surrounding a lower-grade LED. The husk construction is prone to water ingress, which causes damage to the string’s internal components and can result in string failure or GFCI tripping. The lower-grade LED also provides inconsistent lumen output that affects a lighting project’s look and design.

NxG uses an epoxy-filled husk design manufactured through a fully automated process, resulting in a superior seal that prevents water ingress. An advanced grade LED means lights shine longer with greater color consistency and performance.
