Landmark Pro shingles include more weathering asphalt for added protection compared to their predecessor, the entry-level Landmark Shingles. The Max Definition color blend technology lends the shingles a rich mixture of surface granules to create a brighter appearance and depth of color.
These shingles are algae-resistant and include laminated fiberglass to resist deterioration and leakage. Landmark Pro is UL certified for tear resistance and meets ASTM D3018 for wind and fire resistance and ICC-ES-ER-1389 for code compliance. At 250 pounds per square, Landmark offers greater durability. Its nailing area is three times wider than typical laminate shingles ensures more accurate installation.
