These shingles are algae-resistant and include laminated fiberglass to resist deterioration and leakage. Landmark Pro is UL certified for tear resistance and meets ASTM D3018 for wind and fire resistance and ICC-ES-ER-1389 for code compliance. At 250 pounds per square, Landmark offers greater durability. Its nailing area is three times wider than typical laminate shingles ensures more accurate installation.
