This lightweight, high density board keeps the roof load below the specified maximum weight while meeting insulation, cover, or re-roof/recover requirements. It contributes R-values ranging from 1.3 to 5.0 and can handle heavy foot traffic, wheeled loads, and hot asphalt.

STRUCTODEK handles hot asphalt without blistering and can bond with many asphalt, coal tar, and cold process adhesive products without excess absorption, resulting in a secure roofing system. The board is approved in UL Class A roof systems, including single-ply (thermoplastic/elastomeric), modified bitumen (cold or hot mopped), built-up (asphalt or coal tar), hybrid, self-adhered, spray foam (SPUR), and liquid membranes. It cuts with a standard utility knife.
