    MR-24 standing seam metal roof systems are designed for retrofits and re-roofing projects. They can cover many existing roof materials, including single-ply, foam, and modified bitumen systems.

    Crafted primarily from recyclable, renewable steel, its 360-degree Pittsburgh double-lock seam and fluoropolymer finish ensure strength and resistance to chalking, fading, and chipping.

    In one test, a global retailer installed MR-24 systems on approximately 28 million square feet of distribution center roofs – maintenance costs averaged 0.0002 cents per square foot.
