This water-based acrylic roof coating boasts an initial reflectivity of 88% to reduce wear and tear on the membrane and lower the temperature inside the building.
It adheres to granulated BUR, SBS and APP, metal, wood, and concrete. It can be applied by spray, roller or brush. ENERGY STAR rated, the coating is low VOC.
