The 138T Shingle Recover System is a symmetrical, two-piece standing seam roof panel. The system eliminates tear-off and disposal of the existing roof because it installs directly over existing shingles.
Rather than an underlayment, it uses clips to create an insulating airspace between the deck and panel. This form of above sheathing ventilation reduces heat transfer. The clips also enable individual panels to be replaced.
