This three-phase roof restoration system saves up to 40% over a complete replacement. Implemented over three years, it allows FMs to spread the costs out over multiple phases and defer the investment in a new roof for 15 years or more.
The first phase gets the roof to a watertight condition, while the subsequent two complete the restoration. A 15-year workmanship and materials warranty is issued at completion. Available for built-up, modified, single-ply, foam, and metal roof systems.
