• #8400 Silicone Coating

    The #8400 is a 100% silicone roof coating that creates a barrier that is resistant to natural weathering. The low solids, single part coating is durable, breathable, watertight, and weatherproof. Suitable for applications over spray applied polyurethane foam, EPDM, PVC, aged acrylic coatings, concrete, asphalt BUR, modified bitumen, and metal.

    Light traffic deck systems and non-slip safety walkways may be constructed over the coating by adding Lucas #402 EPDM granules. Available in white as well as gray and safety yellow for walkways.
