Polybrite 70 is a water-based elastomeric roof coating that cures to form a seamless membrane over the entire roof area. Extends the lifecycle of roofing systems by protecting the roof from UV rays and other weather exposures.
Bright white and gray color options keep the surface cool. Resists dirt, fungal growth, and algae. Low VOC and nonflammable. Use on BUR, polymer modified membranes, most metal roof systems, thermoplastic and thermoset single-plies, concrete, plywood, and rigid coverboards.
