Polyflash 1C is a one-component flashing compound for sealing and waterproofing roofing details, flashings and penetrations. Combine it with PolyBrite reinforcing polyester fabric to solve flashing challenges.
Can be applied in wet conditions as a temporary repair during bad weather. UV resistant when fully cured. Waterproof with a permeance under 1 perm. Can be recoated with most standard elastomeric coatings.
