    BOMA International announces it latest class of buildings to earn the BOMA 360 Performance Program designation. The BOMA 360 Performance Program is a groundbreaking program designed to recognize commercial properties that demonstrate best practices in building operations and management. The new designees join the growing number of best-in-class buildings to receive the BOMA 360 designation since its inception a year ago.

    The BOMA 360 Performance Program evaluates properties on six major areas of building management:

    1. Building operations and management
    2. Life safety/security/risk management
    3. Training and education
    4. Energy
    5. Environment/sustainability
    6. Tenant relations/community involvement

    The comprehensive nature of the BOMA 360 Performance Program means that every aspect of building performance is assessed; scores are based on how buildings meet an extensive checklist of best practices.
