    Is a Variable Refrigerant Flow System Right for Your Building?

    Variable refrigerant flow systems (VRF) have been delivering as much as a 30 percent increase in energy efficiency in Japan and Europe. Instead of piping hot water and chilled water, these systems distribute refrigerant to each fan coil unit (FCU) or air handling unit (AHU) for heating and cooling.
