If there was ever a year to attend the BOMA convention, 2007 is it. Read on to find out why ...

It's time to celebrate the BOMA Centennial.
One hundred (100) years of commercial real estate is a milestone worth commemorating, and The BOMA Congress and The Office Building Show is the place to honor the men and women, past and present, who have put their hearts and souls into keeping BOMA alive, moving it forward, and making it a vital force in the commercial real estate industry. Explains Kurt R. Padavano, chairman and chief elected officer, BOMA Intl., and COO, Bedminster, NJ-based Advance Realty Group, "The Centennial Celebration at the 2007 BOMA Congress gives all of us a chance to participate in history and stand alongside 100 years of innovators."

After 15 years of attending, Jeff Neely, Public Buildings Service, assistant regional administrator, General Services Administration in San Francisco, still relies on BOMA for innovative ideas. The Office Building Show: Now Produced by BOMA Intl. and Buildings magazine
Maybe we should call it The Every Building Show. The Office Building Show is made up of more than 475 booths with exhibitors that supply every type of commercial building. Explains Tony Dellamaria, publisher at Buildings magazine, "In 2007, BOMA Intl. and Buildings magazine are securing the future of The Office Building Show as the marketplace for commercial real estate professionals." BOMA and Buildings attract the most recognized and innovative exhibiting companies; the newest products, services, and technologies; and the top exhibitor representatives with the expertise and authority to work through real-world scenarios face to face with attendees.

"The Office Building Show has been vitally important to our business," explains Dwight Trahin, executive director, World Trade Center Properties, Portland, OR. "One year, I found two solutions - one for our ceiling system and the other for our granite flooring - that ended up saving us $450,000 in replacement costs." A list of exhibitors at the Office Building Show is available in PDF format.

The BOMA Green Pavilion and ENERGY STAR® Showcase
Presented in partnership with the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's (EPA) ENERGY STAR program
With the introduction of The BOMA Green Pavilion and ENERGY STAR Showcase in 2006, The Office Building Show has become commercial real estate's best resource for eco-friendly and energy-efficient products and services. The Green Pavilion exhibitors at BOMA have a unique perspective, focusing on how operations excellence can help professionals save energy, save the Earth, and save a bundle.
