Submit your energy-efficiency success story now
Are you a commercial real estate professional who has improved the energy performance of your building? Have you reduced your energy usage and trimmed operating costs - without major capital expenditure? If you have, the Washington, D.C.-base Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) Intl. invites you to share your story with the commercial real estate industry!

The BOMA Energy Efficiency Program (BEEP) aims to educate commercial real estate practitioners about the importance of energy performance. As part of that mission, BEEP wants to create an extensive collection of the best energy management ideas and practices in the commercial real estate industry!

BOMA is looking for best practices and ideas for improving energy performance. And, in particular, the organization is looking for good no- or low-cost energy improvements and best practices. No big equipment retrofits, no big equipment purchase, or other capital expenditures - just nuts and bolts stories of the operations and maintenance practices and low-cost improvements that saved money.

Selected case studies will be incorporated into one of BEEP’s six training programs, which will be presented at BOMA’s North American Commercial Real Estate Congress and to the industry via Web-assisted audio seminars throughout 2006.

It’s easy to submit your case study!
