PCSC Opens Eastern U.S. Tech Support Office

July 10, 2002
PCSC plans to celebrate the upcoming 2003 Labor Day holiday with a special East Coast twist – with the opening of a new branch office to expand its stellar technical support operations there. Paul Reiss, a five-year veteran of PCSC’s tech support department who originally hails from Massachusetts, will be relocating to his home state in August to establish a technical support and pre-applications program. He will be working closely with PCSC Eastern U.S. Distribution Manager John Pierangeli, who oversees sales support for the company’s distributors, dealers and OEM customers in Connecticut, Delaware, Florida, Georgia, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, New Jersey, New Hampshire, New York, North and South Carolina, Rhode Island, Pennsylvania, Vermont, West Virginia, Virginia and Washington D.C.

“I plan to have my workspace set up and running before Labor Day, and I’m looking forward to the new opportunities that this new support office will bring to PCSC,” said Reiss.

“We’re very fortunate to have Paul’s expertise and ability at PCSC, and we are confident that our East Coast customers will also be pleased with the improved turnaround and overall response to their technical support concerns,” said Bob McKee, PCSC’s vice president of business development.

PCSC, formerly known as Proprietary Controls Systems Corporation, is a leading supplier of products and services for electronic access control and facility management applications in both domestic and international markets.
