CCN International and Vida Form a Working Alliance

Geneva, NY, December 6, 2001 - CCN International announced today it has established a working alliance with VIDA, of Brisbane, California. Each company has a bountiful heritage in the Wood Contract Furniture Industry; each will capitalize on the strengths of the other. Together, they have almost sixty years of experience in the Wood Industry.

CCN & VIDA will share manufacturing and marketing expertise and capabilities to enable each to better address their client's requirements, particularly with regard to facilitation of manufacturing on a geographically sensitive basis.

The alliance is a natural evolution that developed from sharing the same basic business philosophies. Both companies provide exceptionally well-designed products that address the needs of architects, designers and their clients, and are willing to modify these products to meet the functional and aesthetic solutions of today's business environments.
