Launched in 2024, the BUILDINGS Product Innovation Awards (PIAs) recognize excellence in product innovation for commercial buildings. The program highlights manufacturers who demonstrate outstanding functionality, aesthetic value, sustainability, and more.
2024 Product Innovation Awards Winners
In the program’s first year, our panel of esteemed judges evaluated submissions across many categories and ultimately recognized 34 products and two projects. The winners exhibited provable performance and remarkable design innovation. PIA winners span the spectrum of building products, from acoustics to windows, flooring, lighting, and more.
Why and How to Enter the 2025 PIAs
The 2025 BUILDINGS Product Innovation Awards invites manufacturers to showcase their groundbreaking products for commercial buildings. The benefits of participating include:

Participating jurors will be announced after the entry period ends in order to maintain the integrity of the judging process.
