    Fräsch’s STRATAWOOD acoustic product is now available in a compact 2- by 2-foot acoustic panel that fits into a standard 15/16-inch T-grid ceiling. The 2x2 design incorporates a 3/8-inch lip around all sides, allowing for easy installation in a drop ceiling. Like its predecessor, STRATAWOOD 2x2 panels can be field-cut to fit around obstacles like light fixtures and sprinkler heads.

    Wood veneers offered in the 2x2 collection include the four most popular woodgrains from the original line: White Ash, Light Oak, Ebony and Medium Walnut. Coordinating brown and black polyethylene terephthalate (PET) felt backings offer high acoustical performance that can’t be achieved with ceilings made of only wood; each piece is comprised of 9mm 100% PET with MDF wood veneer. The PET utilizes 55% post-consumer recycled content and is 100% recyclable. Wood components are FSC Chain of Custody certified.
