Turf’s Plate and Platter Ceiling Cloud Systems Feature High Noise Reduction
Turf has launched two ceiling cloud systems, Plate (pictured) and Platter. Plate focuses on polygonal shapes, while Platter has an organic, curvy structure.
Plate features two edge types (Knife Edge and Chamfer Edge) and standard polygonal shapes, such as rectangles, hexagons, triangles, trapezoids, and more, as well as a Noise Reduction Coefficient (NRC) of 1.05. Platter offers intersecting and overlapping panel options and the ability to connect shapes; as a folded panel, its NRC ranges from 1.15 to 1.30 depending on depth and spacing. Both are made with 9mm felt, 60% pre-consumer recycled PET felt, and can be specified in any of Turf’s 9mm colors, Grains, and Textures.
