• Reduce Energy Spending with These Mineral Fiber Ceiling Panels

These panels use Phase Change Material (PCM) technology to help control temperature fluctuations.

Ultima Templok and Calla Templok are the first mineral fiber ceiling panels to utilize Phase Change Material (PCM) technology. Templok PCM technology supports up to 15% energy savings (according to measured cooling energy savings in lab tests) and reduced carbon emissions. Integrating PCM allows the Templok ceiling panels to passively help control temperature fluctuations in a space, absorbing and storing heat to cool rooms during the day and releasing it in the evening. The panels are disinfectable and have a mold- and mildew-resistant surface.

This product is a 2024 Product Innovation Award winner.

Judge’s Comment: “The incorporation of Phase Change Materials (PCM) in large areas of tile ceilings has the potential to easily add thermal storage capacity within a space. The effect created by a consistent temperature of our surrounding surfaces shouldn't be discounted.”
