The Tyco Model ESFR-17 Early Suppression, Fast Response Pendent Sprinkler by Johnson Controls are designed with flexibility in mind. Use them to protect high-piled storage arrangements without the need for in-rack sprinklers.
Features a 16.8 K-factor and maximum working pressure of 175 psi (12,1 bar), providing hydraulic and sprinkler placement options not available among traditional ESFR sprinklers with a nominal K-factor of 14.0. The lower-end head pressure compared to traditional ESFR models also means flexibility when sizing system piping.
