Ume by J+J Flooring draws its name and inspiration from sakiori, the Japanese art of weaving scraps of fabric into new textiles. The newest addition to J+J Flooring’s Kinetex resilient textile flooring collection, Ume brings an artisanal sensibility to the floor with a small-scale, tightly woven pattern that has rich texture. The pattern makes an almost seamless installation due to the tight weave.

Available in 17 colorways, Ume (like all Kinetex products) contains no less than 45% post-consumer recycled content, with one 24- by 24-inch tile containing 27 recycled plastic bottles. Kinetex is backed by a Red List Free Declare label and NSF/ANSI-140 Platinum qualification; it also carries an EPD and HPD and is carbon neutral.
