Model RT-40 by Greenheck is a rooftop unit that delivers 6.5 to 10 tons of packaged DX cooling, plus 1,200 to 5,000 cfm of airflow and 100 to 300 mbh of indirect gas heating. The RT models control both temperature and humidity with inverter scroll compressors that maximize efficiency at part-load conditions, direct drive supply and exhaust fans that offer a wide performance range, and standard modulation capabilities for variable air volume (VAV) systems, as well as electronically commutated (EC) fan motors on condenser fans that modulate to save energy by controlling head pressure.

Additional options include air-source heat pumps for all-electric heating and cooling; modulating hot gas reheat (HGRH) that enables simultaneous cooling and dehumidification without overcooling; modulating powered exhaust to maintain space pressure; and modulating gas furnaces for tight temperature control without cycling.
