The smallest unit in the series, the RT-20 delivers 3 to 5 tons of packaged DX cooling.
March 30, 2026

The smallest unit in Greenheck’s rooftop unit (RTU) line, Model RT-20 delivers 3 to 5 tons of packaged DX cooling, 500 to 2,000 cfm of airflow, and up to 175 mbh of indirect gas heating.

The RT rooftop units precisely control both temperature and humidity with standard features, including inverter scroll compressors that maximize efficiency at part-load conditions, modulating indirect gas furnaces for tighter temperature control, direct drive supply and exhaust fans, and electronically commutated (EC) fan motors that modulate to save energy by controlling the head pressure of condenser fans. The RT-20 is ideal for retail, classrooms, and small commercial spaces where energy efficiency and humidity control are critical.
