Eco Spec Interior Latex Paint is Certified Asthma & Allergy Friendly

Benjamin Moore has introduced its Certified Asthma & Allergy Friendly Eco Spec Interior Latex Paint for use in schools, healthcare facilities, hospitality settings, and other applications where low chemical and VOC emissions are important. Independently tested by the Asthma and Allergy Foundation of America (AAFA) and Allergy Standards Limited (ASL), the paint releases zero VOCs and emissions, even after tinting. It remains below strict Certification thresholds both 24 hours and 14 days after use. Its low odor levels are verified to dissipate within an hour after application.

The paint also features excellent chemical resistance and can withstand repeat scrubbing from common disinfectants and cleaning agents. Antimicrobial additives help prevent mold and mildew on dry paint film. Choose from three sheens—flat, eggshell, or semi-gloss, as well as a primer.
