Watts has launched its Smart ACV Sensor Control Monitor (SCM) kits, a connected monitoring solution that provides visibility into Automatic Control Valve (ACV) performance and system pressure conditions. The kits deliver continuous pressure monitoring and notification capabilities for Watts and Ames ACVs.

By monitoring pressure fluctuations, the kits provide actionable insights into valve performance and will send alerts when maintenance or service may be needed. Users can proactively assess system performance, identify issues earlier, and respond more quickly to changing operating conditions. The Sensor Control Monitor integrates with building automation systems (BAS) and SCADA platforms through RS-485 Modbus communication; it can also connect to the Nexa platform via Wi-Fi.
