ARC Facilities has introduced ARC Intelligence, an AI-powered capability that allows users to ask questions and get answers about building information using voice or typing. Teams can ask about equipment, shutoffs, emergency equipment, parts, fire extinguishers, and more and receive answers that are based on the information already stored in the platform. Users no longer have to search through folders, drawings, or documents and instead just need a phone or tablet to find and use building information.

ARC Intelligence can also summarize and organize information from across the platform, compile related data into spreadsheets, and email information to team members, helping facility teams turn building data into action without returning to a desk or moving between multiple systems. The tool includes the AI Equipment Capture feature, which extracts key information from user-submitted photos of equipment labels to create an equipment record. The photo is attached to the record as a visual reference.
