On March 22, the Continental Automated Buildings Association (CABA) announced the appointment of Scott Cochrane of Cochrane Supply & Engineering to the CABA board of directors.
Headquartered in Madison Heights, Michigan, Cochrane Supply & Engineering was founded in 1967 and has grown into a leading smart building controls supplier. Recognized as one of the Nation's Top 50 HVACR Distributors by Distribution Trends Magazine, the company serves customers Michigan, Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana, Colorado, Texas, and Canada (Canada Controls).
Cochrane Supply offers an extensive inventory of products for the comfort, safety, and security of commercial and industrial buildings, and provides technical support, development and training for building automation systems and controls.

An advisory council member for top industry manufacturers including Honeywell and Johnson Controls, Cochrane is also co-editor of smart building news site automatedbuildings.com and executive chairman of Controls-Con, a conference focused on smart building controls, hosted by Cochrane.
