Nearly 1,600 architects, lighting designers, specifiers, manufacturers, and building owners have registered to attend the second LightSPEC West tradeshow, to kick off this week at the Anaheim Convention Center.

LightSPEC West is an in-person event for anyone involved in the design, production, distribution, specification, and application of solid-state lighting products and systems in commercial, institutional, and residential building types. Sponsoring agencies include Kore Light, a 2024 premier lighting agency, and Forman & Associates.

On April 17–18, attendees will have the opportunity to visit with established lighting companies such as Alloy LED, Amerlux, Diode LED/Lucetta, Evluma LED Lighting, Lumentruss, Magnitude Lighting, Verozza Lighting, and many more. They will discover a mix of agencies and independent lighting manufacturers ready to demonstrate and discuss the latest lighting solutions for indoor and outdoor environments.

An exciting advantage to registering for LightSPEC West is the co-location of and access to Southern California Facilities Expo at the Anaheim Convention Center, which attracts facilities, energy, and maintenance managers across sectors such as food processing, manufacturing, healthcare, education, government, utilities, and others. Attendees at both shows will therefore be afforded the opportunity to round out their discovery of building solutions.

LightSPEC West registrants who attend the on-floor education sessions will also be eligible for up to four hours of AIA continuing education credits, with presentations covering the significance of various lighting characteristics in human wellbeing; the integration of lighting and controls for healthy buildings; the potential for AI to streamline lighting specification; and how to identify potential pitfalls and implement solutions that enable building projects to comply with Title 24, Part 6.

Pre-registration will save attendees 50%; on-site registration will also be available both days of the show for $50. Learn more at lightspecwest.com.
