Prefabricated Roof System

With up to 85% of the seams completed in the factory, this custom prefabricated roof system saves time in the field and reduces leak potential. A 50,000-square-foot building with a Duro-Last prefabricated membrane requires only 1,278 linear feet of field seams as opposed to 5,130 with 10-foot-wide roll goods or 7,968 with a 6-foot-wide product.

Accessories like metal scuppers and collector boxes and flashings for difficult areas are available with the membrane already welded on to save further time in the field.
