RhinoBond is an induction-based process for installing thermoplastic roofing materials (like PVC and TPO). It uses one fastener and one plate to secure both the insulation and the membrane, thereby eliminating up to 50 percent of the fasteners used in traditional mechanically attached projects.
The system eliminates up to 30 percent of field seaming, does not penetrate the new membrane and spreads the wind load evenly across the roof deck, thereby providing better wind ratings with fewer fasteners.
