    25-Story High-Rise is one of World's Tallest Modular Buildings
    Europe's and possibly the world's tallest modular building - a $34 million UK project was designed by O'Connell East Architects. The 25 story student dormitory is made up of 805 modules and was built in 27 weeks. Jenny Hayes from O'Connell East Architects speaks with the Modular Building Institute about their modular system as a solution for multi-story accelerated building.

    Harvard's Green Modular Child Care Center
    One of the country's newest green relocatable classrooms recently opened on Harvard's campus. For the next eighteen months, this modular school building will first house a child care center, then a daycare center, while their permanent locations are being renovated. This 5,700 square foot space features a variety of sustainable features to achieve the highest-quality, healthy environment for children.

    UVA Builds Modular, LEED Healthcare Facility
    The University of Virginia (UVA), known for its extraordinary Thomas Jefferson-inspired architecture, is choosing to use modular. The University recently installed a multi-story, modular, LEED-certified building constructed as an addition to its Medical Center. The addition is 11,500 square feet, two stories and serves as office space for employees at the Medical Center. It was completed in just four months.
