The TeraPROOF Portfolio Creates a Waterproofing Solution for Commercial Below-Grade Applications

TeraPROOF by Siplast, a Standard Industries company, is a portfolio of high-performance materials for below-grade applications that create a robust waterproofing solution for commercial buildings. The portfolio includes TeraPROOF Pre-Applied SBS Membranes and TeraPROOF STP Liquid Membrane, as well as accessories like TeraPROOF Protection CS1000 and TeraPROOF 10-11 Drainage Mat. The systems can be used in horizontal or vertical waterproofing applications.

The TeraPROOF Pre-Applied V-SBS and H-SBS membranes are modified bitumen, heat-weldable membranes for waterproofing applications before the placement of concrete; they consist of polyester mat that’s impregnated and coated with SBS-modified bitumen. The liquid membrane is a single-component, high-solids, flexible waterproofing membrane used in post-applied systems, such as concrete foundation walls and split slabs. TeraPROOF Protection CS1000 is a composite sheet with a fleece-back and polymeric membrane that protects the waterproofing membrane from punctures, while the TeraPROOF 10-11 Drainage Mat is a two-layer drainage composite that ensures a continuous path for water discharge and relieves hydrostatic pressure buildup.
