ThermaThin 7 by Carlisle SynTec Systems is a roofing insulation product that delivers R-7 per inch, compared with R-5.7 per inch for standard polyiso. Higher R-value in a thinner profile means ThermaThin 7 reduces truckloads, simplifies material handling and logistics, and advances the roof system’s performance.

The roof profile can be reduced by roughly 17% while maintaining R-value, minimizing the need to raise curbs or parapets. The insulation also assists with maintaining code-compliant assemblies with a thinner roofing profile and features improved efficiency in cold temperatures.
