Before joining Thrive, he led business development at Lutron Electronics, served as a Partner at Synergy for six years, and spent 11 years at Johnson Controls, Inc.

Mr. Diehl holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Maryland and an MBA from Villanova University.
