Explore the Expo Floor

Check out solutions for every property challenge from more than 300 companies. Open Sunday, June 28, and Monday, June 29, the expo floor also features prize drawings, the popular Puppy Park, and more. Connect with your current partners and see how new ones could shape the way you manage your properties; for example, adding beehives to your green roofs or landscaped terraces can be a great way to boost tenant engagement and set yourself apart in the marketplace.

While you’re there, don’t forget to enter the prize drawings—you could win up to $1,500 cash, a $500 credit toward your BOMA BEST application, or free registration to next year’s show in Nashville!

Dare to Dream with Keynote Speakers

The 2026 BOMA International Conference & Expo will host two keynotes that can help you rethink the way you approach work and go home inspired. On Sunday, Mick Ebeling, founder and CEO of Not Impossible Labs, will dive into the concept of “impossible”—plus, the psychological effects it’s having on your organization and how to overcome it so you can create a culture of impact and purpose.

On Monday, Kelly Monahan—future of work expert, research executive, and author—will demonstrate how AI used solely for efficiency can actually fuel burnout and what leaders can do about it. AI used for innovation and learning can actually drive growth, and Monahan will send attendees home with actionable strategies to help companies use AI intelligently while employing human-centered leadership.

Before Monahan speaks, Mary Lue Peck, BOMA International’s president and chief operating officer, will share her always-anticipated State of the CRE Industry address. This can’t-miss presentation provides insight on trends and disruptors impacting commercial real estate.

The TOBY Awards

The Outstanding Building of the Year (TOBY) Awards, set for June 30, will showcase the best-operated buildings in commercial real estate across 17 categories. Can’t make it? Check buildings.com on Wednesday, July 1 to read the winners and see photos from the gala.
